The Winter Holiday design was a trifold card with an understated and elegant varnish treatment that called out key words and added visual dimension.
message –– front: Cheerful and Bright, Snowy and White |. inside: This holiday season we wish you health and prosperity.
A New Year version was also created for Polsinelli. The card was a horizontal bifold card which opened from the bottom.
message –– front: ”Dashing through the year | inside: As you ring in 2018, we wish you a Happy New Year inspired by new ideas, new perspectives, and new opportunities for success.
In 2015, I had the opportunity to design a high-quality coffee table book to highlight Polsinell’s extensive art collection which is on display throughout the firm’s office locations. The final product was a 130-page hardcover book with the title and logo stamped in silver foil on the front. A dust jacket was also designed for the 12” x 9” book.
From the entire collection which included about 400 works by almost 200 artists at that time, representative pieces were selected from each office. The firm was an enthusiastic supporter of the arts and, to quote the back panel of the dust cover, “Polsinelli’s art collection is reflective of the innovation and creativity found within the firm and in each city on which the firm has put its stamp.”
The images that follow are a sampling from the book. (2015)

THEORY OF FLIGHT
“Theory of Flight” is an album project of my own. It is an instrumental music collection for relaxation. Each track has a story associated with it in the booklet. Some are in the form of a traditional story narrative, some are written as short plays, some are text exchanges, some are “letter” letters. My goal is to create a more dimensional, immersive experience for listeners who want to engage at that level. The stories are written with the hope of sparking self-reflection on various topics. Otherwise, those who wish can simply listen to the music.
This image includes three design options for the firm’s volunteer and community outreach program. The mission was to arrive at a theme statement that felt current but avoided trite or schmaltzy treatment. .
